Four Elements

There are four different elements of the world, and some people call these things temperaments.

The four include:

  • Air
  • Water
  • Fire
  • Earth

When you can understand what the elements mean and how they affect you, you can find your own strengths and weaknesses based on the elements and your life.

People that are healers will often look at the elements and these can help them to know what kind of things they can do to help others heal and to know how to solve their problems.

  • Air

Air is the element that works with your mind to help you connect with the universe. It is sometimes called the life of your universe and is a force that is invisible.

  • Earth

The earth element is one that means being grounded. It helps you to see where life starts and allows you to connect with your life and with people in your life.

  • Fire

Fire is one that shows you how to have strength and how to have more power. It helps you to change who you are and to be the best you can be.

  • Water

Water is one that is based on your emotions. It is where your intuition lies and where you can look at your life to see who and where you are going.

The Four Elements

We have each of the four elements of fire, water, air, and earth surrounding us at all times. They are represented in everything that we see in nature.

The wind is there, and it shines through with the breeze and with the movements of the heat and cool. It is seen in the sky when the clouds move and when the sun is shining.

The water represents the different bodies of water such as the oceans, lakes, rivers, seas and more.

Fire is there and is reparented by the hot sun and by burning out things that we don’t need in our life.

The earth is always present in front of you and is there to show you who you are and what you are made up of.

You can use different healing traditions with the elements, and this is something that the Wiccans honor because the elements represent both a person and the spirit.

If you are looking to find out what element you represent, you can figure out what you are drawn to. Many people are drawn to the spirit part of life and if you are, this means you are probably the element of water because the water represents the spirit world.

Conclusion

Learn to understand who you are and what you are doing in your life. The more you understand who you are and what element you represent, the more you can understand your life purpose and the giftings that you have.
